Who we are
Elevation is an exterior remodeling contractor working across metro Atlanta, North Georgia and the Chattanooga region. We install and replace siding, install and replace gutters, and take on exterior repairs and full exterior remodels on residential homes.
Most exterior work gets split up. Siding goes to one company, gutters to another, and the repair nobody wants to touch waits until it is worse. Keeping it with one contractor means the work gets sequenced in the right order and the finished exterior actually matches, rather than looking like three separate jobs.
What we do
Everything below is work we do ourselves, on residential homes.
New siding on a home that needs it, installed with the weather barrier and trim details done properly underneath. The part nobody sees is the part that decides how long it lasts.
Pulling off siding that has warped, cracked, faded or started letting water behind it, checking what the damage did to the wall underneath, and putting back a system that seals.
Gutters and downspouts sized and pitched for the roof they are actually on, routing water away from the foundation instead of dumping it next to it.
Replacing gutters that sag, separate at the seams, pull away from the house, or overflow every time it rains hard. Usually a smaller job than homeowners expect.
Targeted repairs where the exterior has failed in one place rather than everywhere. If a repair is genuinely the right answer, we will say so instead of quoting the whole elevation.
Larger exterior projects where the goal is to change how the house looks and performs, not just patch it. Planned as one job so the materials and lines work together.

Gutters
Gutters are the cheapest part of the exterior and the one that causes the most expensive damage when they stop working. Water that is not carried away from the house goes somewhere, and that somewhere is usually the fascia line, the siding, or the ground against the foundation.
We install and replace gutters as part of exterior work rather than as a separate trade booked a month later, which matters when siding or roof edges are being touched at the same time. Sizing, pitch and where the downspouts actually discharge are the parts that decide whether they work, and they are the parts most often got wrong.

Common questions
The things homeowners ask us most often about the outside of the house.
It comes down to how far it has spread and what is behind it. Damage in one section, with a sound wall underneath, is a repair. Warping or cracking across several elevations, or soft sheathing behind the panels, usually is not. We check the wall itself before giving you an answer, because the panels alone do not tell you much.
Plenty can be repaired. A section that has separated at a seam, pulled loose from the fascia line, or lost its pitch can often be put right without replacing the full run. Gutters that sag in multiple places, or that were undersized for the roof to begin with, are worth replacing instead of repeatedly fixing.
Yes, and it is usually the better way to do it. The two meet at the same edge of the house, so doing them together avoids taking down new gutters to get at the siding behind them. It also means one scope, one schedule and one crew rather than coordinating two companies around each other.
Yes. Elevation handles roofing as well, which is the main reason to keep exterior work with one company. After a storm it is common for the roof, the gutters and a stretch of siding to all take damage, and splitting that across three contractors is where timelines and accountability fall apart.
